| After coming home from a day of customer meetings and knowing various household chores were calling, a voice said, "Put the oven on..." which as some of you may know is a rarity, as I am more of a one pan wonder kind of girl! "What should go into said oven I ask?" (I don't normally talk this much to myself!) Only a DelishDish lasagne which I popped in, as per the instructions and made like Poppins with the laundry. Result? Well... Blown away you guys! Not that I am usually a snot about meals that have been pre-prepared, but I have my reservations and you have totally 100% removed them. Tender beef delicious pasta, the deepest most flavorsome tomato sauce with a delicious rich topping... WOW! I had the night off and no guilt here! Bring on the vegetable crumble (would it be wrong to eat it now?!) Mel x Thanks Mel, pleased to be of assistance after a busy day!
